HOW IT WORKS

  • Browse our courses and see which one feels like it’s calling your name. Whether you’re battling burnout, stuck in perfectionism, or craving a creative comeback, there’s a program designed to meet you where you’re at.

(Hint: The Artist’s Way is for beginners, The Vein of Gold is the level up)

  • Spaces are limited (because small groups = real connection), so once you’ve decided, lock it in. A quick sign-up + payment and you’re officially in.

  • Just before the course begins, we’ll send you a digital welcome pack with everything you need to get started - session dates, materials list and some pre-course inspiration to get your brain buzzing.

If you’re with us in person, you’ll get your welcome kit on your first session, including your journal, a copy of the course book (if you ordered it) and other treats!

  • Show up each week for guided sessions that mix exercises, discussion and community. You’ll leave every class with clarity, unblocking tasks and new connections.

  • Between sessions, you’ll check in with a small group of fellow creatives. They’ll be your sounding board, hype team and gentle kick-in-the-butt when you need it.

about artsh

artSH was founded on one belief: creativity isn’t a luxury, it’s essential.

Our workshops, inspired by The Artist’s Way and The Vein of Gold, guide people out of creative burnout, perfectionism and self-doubt, into a life where making things feels natural again.

Led by a trained therapist and certified coach, our programs combine proven creative recovery tools with practical psychology, so participants leave with not just ideas, but lasting change.

We’re proud to be personally endorsed by Julia Cameron, author of The Artist’s Way, to deliver her methodology with integrity and impact.

Over the years, we’ve worked with artists, entrepreneurs, professionals and total beginners. Some came feeling stuck, others ready for a big change, all left with tools, community and the confidence to keep creating.

We’re not about vague “follow your dreams” platitudes. We’re about structured, proven methods, delivered in a way that’s fun, irreverent and genuinely transformative.

Think of us as rehab for your creativity — minus the clinical setting.
